Terms of service
The service
Sarotia provides SciPulse to schools on the terms agreed with each school. These terms are between Sarotia and the school; staff use SciPulse on the school's behalf. Questions: Sarotia — sarotialab@gmail.com, or the form on scipulse.sarotia.com.
The school's part
- Add only its own staff, each with their own mobile number (and Gmail, if they will sign in with Google), and close the accounts of people who leave.
- Enter student details and photographs it has the right to keep.
- Check scores and reports before sharing them outside the school.
The school's data
- The data belongs to the school. It is never deleted for late payment or when a school stops — it is kept, and the school can ask for it.
- Signing in with Google needs only the email address; SciPulse asks Google for nothing else.
Availability
We work to keep SciPulse running and backed up every day, but cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Keep printed or downloaded copies of reports that matter.
Privacy
What is kept and who can see it is described in the privacy policy.
